Maya is a Transformation Coach, Keynote Speaker, and Cultural Alchemist.
She has spent the last 8 years as the first Latina Director and Head of Transformation for Google X, creating, designing, and leading personal and professional development programs for innovators and teams.
In addition to her role, Maya manages her own private practice working as a coach, thought partner, and trusted confidant to those seeking change.
Maya has over 20 years of experience as an integrated coach supporting leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs in achieving personal and professional breakthroughs. Maya likes to work with the whole person's expression and believes a personal breakthrough is required for a business breakthrough.
She is the best-selling author of Practical Genius, and is an Ordained Interfaith Reverend. Maya is on the board of the Ketamine Research Foundation (KRF) and an advisor to Sol, the spiritual wellbeing app.
