About Maya Jaguar
Maya Jaguar operates at the potent intersection of behavioral science and spiritual praxis. As an executive coach, mentor, and ordained Interfaith Reverend, she has dedicated over two decades to decoding the mechanics of human flourishing - exploring not just how we work, but why we seek meaning.
Maya’s methodology is informed by her tenure at world-class institutions like Google’s Moonshot Factory (X) and Freshworks. By integrating modern psychological frameworks with ancient wisdom traditions, she bridges the gap between high-performance leadership and deep interior development. Her work is grounded in the understanding that sustained growth requires both cognitive rigor and expansive consciousness.
Ordained in 2022, Maya has studied 16 religions and practices an African spiritual lineage in addition to a tapestry of other ancestral practices. She is the founder of Love Church, a modern liturgy designed to facilitate self-directed transformation. Here, the intellectual meets the visceral; gatherings conclude with Dance Church, a music ministry where live percussion serves as a somatic vehicle for release and connection. Maya’s mission is to move individuals beyond the surface of existence into a life of radical awareness and authentic depth.
